Hello everyone,

I am Captain Ed and my beautiful wife of 40 years is Laurel. We recently became the new owners of the fabulous Bed and Breakfast Inn at La Jolla, and we are so very excited to enter into this new adventure. The Inn is stunningly beautiful and serene, and it sits a half block from the ocean. Our chefs prepare wonderful gourmet breakfasts and they bake delicious cookies and scones that are always available for guests. Nothing makes fall feel so real as strolling through a fall festival, and in La Jolla, one of our favorites is on its way. The tenth annual La Jolla Art and Wine Festival begins on October 6th in Girard Avenue this year. This festival features a wide mixture of vibrant art, a beloved wine and beer garden, and live music throughout. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the mild weather and colorful season.
